How we work

The hour cap is real.
Care plans have a monthly limit. Anything over is quoted in advance and never billed without approval.
Three-month minimum, then go.
After three months, month to month with 30 days notice. No annual lock-in.
Friday is for review.
Client work runs Monday to Thursday. Friday we review, patch our own tools, and contribute upstream.
