What if I need more hours than my plan covers?
We tell you before the work starts and quote an exact hour count. You approve or decline. We never bill overage without your written approval.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, any time, both directions. Upgrades take effect the next billing cycle. Downgrades take effect after the current month.
Do you white-label for agencies?
Yes, for care plans and migrations, at the public rates with no white-label markup. We do not white-label AI work.
What if my site is on a custom CMS?
We only work on WordPress. We can migrate you onto it as a fixed-price project, but we do not maintain other platforms.
Who actually does the work?
The engineer doing your work is the same person replying to your emails. No project manager in the middle, no junior pass-through.
